This makes me not happy. I contacted my old running coach tonight and she is getting me a new plan all done up. I have a goal to do my 10k in 1:10 or better on Sept 11 and 16k in 1:40 at the end of October. I need to run at night and get out and away from the munchies. I will eat to fuel.
I'm going to get a bath. Maybe my stretchmark is all in my head.
